Onboarding Information

Welcome Message

Welcome to the ARES Laboratory! We are looking forward to watching you learn and grow here!

A little bit about us…

ARES was started at the University of Pennsylvania in 2002 and is a part of the Center for Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the Perelman School of Medicine. We collaborate with the Division of Infectious Diseases here at the University of Pennsylvania. Together, we work to improve patient safety, eliminate healthcare-associated infections, reduce drug-resistance, develop innovative infection-control practices, and promote antimicrobial stewardship.

We hope you find the resources below helpful. Please reach out to your PI or mentor with any questions and they will send you in the right direction!
